The hardware is a combination of mechanisms and components that insure joining between sash and frame profiles. The window is put to different atmosphericsand also to high pressure from the non stop exploitation.In order to guarantee durability of the products, ROLLPLAST produces all the windows with module system AUTO PILOT CONCEPT from WINK HAUS Germany. This system allows opening of a sash in horizontal and vertical axis. Special improvement of the surface on material makes the hardware extremely resistible to corrosion and makes it highest quality product. All standard windows are with base level of security- twosecuritypointsandHoppe Secustik handle withablockingmechanism, whichblockseverykindofattemptforoutsidepropulsionofthehandle. At clients wish windows can be produced with WK 2 security class in keeping with DIN V EN V 1627-1630 WK 1.

Entrance door hardware

Rollplast Company regularly produces entrance doors with STV hardware, for better protection and high level of security of the house. The hardware includes two security and two regular lock points, hinges (Dr. Hahn, Germany), bearing the load of the wing in the range of 60 to 100 kg  and sunken lock with central locking. Greater security optional and could be achieved by:

• Placing hook` s locking mechanism,
• Drive rod placing with automatic blocking of the hooks, with the help of a special adverse particle,
• Usage of a luxury model of a drive rod, where the unlocking is done by electric motor, placed in the drive rod. In this case, the signal when the door unlocks could be given in different ways– by a card, a key, with a remote control etc.
